This year we are delighted to welcome Ali Wheeler from feelgoodco.org.uk who will be sharing her best hints and tips on how to Feel Good in Cheshire's Gardens.
ALI'S FEEL GOOD TIP OF THE MONTH...
"Spring is a month to get excited about your garden, you can think back about what it looked like last year, but the beauty of a garden is that it is constantly changing and can be unpredictable. I would recommend that you stop for a moment and Take Notice (as one of the five ways to Feelgood). Take Notice of your garden, what’s emerging from beneath the soil? What buds are starting to burst on the branches of your trees? What can you smell, freshly cut grass or dew on the lawn first thing in the morning? Reach out and gently cup the delicate spring flowers that are around, like Bluebells. Or, take a stroll out of your garden into Arley Hall & Gardens or Rode Hall where Bluebells blanket the floor."
