Home / Accommodation in Cheshire / Elm Cottage Touring Park

A family-owned and run, delightful touring park (no statics) nestling in the beautiful Vale Royal countryside surrounded by farmers fields with views across to extensive woodland. On-site metalled roads lead to the 19 all-weather pitches and the rest mainly on grass with hardstandings for the caravan tyres and electric hook-ups for all.
Adjacent to the 2-acre site is a 6.5-acre camping and rally field that is also used for dog walking and a play area for ball games.
The heated toilet block has free showers and constant hot water. The park reception has a large selection of leaflets and brochures featuring local places of interest that cater for all tastes.
Whilst there is not a shop on site, fresh milk, soft drinks and ice creams are available from the reception.
Only 400 yards from the site entrance is the Shrewsbury Arms public house that serves good food and ales.
For those who are not so keen on sleeping 'outdoors' but would like to join you, whilst you are enjoying all the advantages of a carvanning or camping holiday - Elm Cottage can offer the comforts of home in its bed and breakfast accommodation within the main house.
Elm Cottage Touring Park is an ideal base to explore from with Oulton Park Racing Circuit only a mile away with its comprehensive programme of events throughout the year.
Historic Chester is only 12 miles west, the North Wales coast and Snowdonia, Peak District, Liverpool and Manchester are all within easy reach, plus all the other more local places of interest.
Every effort is made to accommodate passing overnight tourers, however, for a longer stay it is advisable to book, especially around Bank Holidays.
