Higher Farm provides luxury bed and breakfast in beautiful surroundings, with outstanding views. This unique development has been done with great care and thought providing guests with excellent facilities combined with many benefits expected from a country house hotel.

All bedrooms are en-suite. Two family sized bedrooms are situated downstairs, one of which is fully accessible for disabled guests, with a wet floor shower room complete with shower seat and support rails. There are three double rooms upstairs, one of which is ideal for some pampering, as it has a king-size bed, double slipper bath and super jet shower!

Guests all enjoy the privacy of their own table at breakfast whilst taking in superb views of Welsh hills. During hot weather (when available!) guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio area next to the well stocked pond and listening to the birds and other wildlife which come to visit.

Food is sourced locally and is often produced on the farm, especially eggs, bacon and sausage. When available guests can have the choice of Hen eggs, Duck eggs, Turkey eggs and even Guinea Fowl eggs!

Road Directions

From Chester - take the A41 towards Whitchurch for about 11 miles, at Broxton roundabout turn right on to A534 towards Wrexham. Travel about 1 mile and take the first turn on the right after Carden Park entrance, follow the road round to the left. Higher Farm is at the top of the road.
