Belle Epoque Brasserie offers less formal, more metropolitan fare to an impeccably high standard. This reflects the imagination and skill of chef David Mooney.

The restaurant's unique ambience, secluded marbled pillared alcoves, lavish draps, cosy recesses and unqiue Venetian glass floor, laid by Italian craftsment brought over to Knutsford by Richard Harding Watt, provides and atmosphere in which to eat and drink in relaxed comfort.
