The Chester and Cheshire Talented Chefs initiative showcases the achievements of local, young talented chefs and aims to attract
more entrants into the industry by demonstrating their passion, creativity, progression routes and highlighting success stores.
Participating restaurants allow their nominated young chef to devise a 3-course menu, using local produce. Each young chef takes the role of Head Chef for the evening, to plan, cost and produce their signature menu at a cost of £20 per head.
