With its ancient oaks and privately owned mere, Combermere Abbey sits in a magical setting filled with intrigue – to this day, the designer of the wonderful five-acre walled gardens is still a mystery! Now beautifully restored, the gardens include a Geometric Garden, a fan-shaped glasshouse and the planting of the world’s only Fruit Tree Maze.
