Annual Plant Fair

All roads lead to Alexandra Park for the annual plant fair and sale.

Everything in the sale and on display at the fair has been recycled. The plants are grown and donated by parishioners and many others, potted up in homemade compost.

There are hundreds of plants for sale, including shrubs, climbers and herbaceous perennials - all clearly labelled and for all aspects of the garden.

Prices start from as little as 50p and average around £3 for a 2-litre pot.

The sale is in its 16th years and all proceeds go to local children's charities.
