Red Willow Brewery

After a great reception from his hobby as an enthusiastic amateur brewer, Toby Mackenzie and his wife Caroline decided to expand and go full time establishing the award winning Red Willow brewery in 2010.
Their aim was to make the types of beer that they like - full of flavour yet easy to drink.

Red Willow now offer a range of beers that can be found in many local pubs and shops in cask or bottle - see their website for stockists.
They also hold regular special events and food matching evenings at their brewery in Macclesfield.

There are six beers in their core range which represent a wide range of styles including Feckless, Directionless, Wreckless, Headless, Ageless and Smokeless.
They also have a seasonal range of guest beers which change to match the weather and the styles of food eaten at different times of the year.
Their 'Faithless' range represents Toby's more experimental side where he gets creative by infusing his carefully crafted beers with a range of more intereting flavours and aromatics.
