Chorlton Cheshire Cheese produce four varieties of truly genuine Cheshire cheese; traditional, coloured, blue and smoked.
After over 10 years of intensive cheese making experience, Guy Dimelow decided to create his own interpretation of this ancient cheese on his family farm in Malpas. He teamed up with master cheese maker Paul Holland and launched the award winning Chorlton Cheshire Cheese in 2011. They use one of the oldest starter cultures known in the UK and are one of only two local cheese makers to make Cheshire Cheese in the traditional way using raw milk.
This beautiful cheese is fully traceable to their local farm making it ideal for customers who are keen to experience the genuine article. Chorlton Cheshire Cheese is popular with wholesalers and restaurateurs who want to offer customers a quality example of this much loved local traditional cheese. It is also available at local farmers markets across the county.
