Countryside Fair

This will be Blakemere Village's 8th annual Countryside Fair. Inspired by county shows and mixed with a traditional village fete to create a day out for all ages to enjoy. This is a brilliant family friendly event celebrating the best of the beautiful British countryside and the many pursuits available locally. Enjoy animals, fun dog shows, artisan stalls, craft activities, arena displays and demonstrations, fair rides, local clubs and associations, delicious food stalls, an outside bar and much more.

This years event headlines include The Dog & Duck Show, The Sheep Roadshow and Chain Saw Carving in the Arena along with a new attraction - The Extreme Mountain Bike Show. There will also be Ferret racing and meet and greet, chick handling plus fair rides for all the family. Free activities to enjoy  within your entry fee include circus skill workshops - suitable for kids and adults alike, children's craft activities with Creation Station - ideal for kids aged 18 months to 11 years and face painting.

Plus, don't miss the Free Fun Dog Shows held each day, so if you have a dog with the shiniest coat or its most talented or best dressed you may want to get involved! There will also be categories for cutest puppy, best junior handler and the dog the judges would most like to take home with a prize for the Best in Show at the end of each day.

Just £5 per person, £3 for 10-15 year olds and FREE for all under the age of 10 years.
