After a hugely successful “virtual” day we are delighted that this year “The Great Hospice Pudding Day” goes “live”!
Where and When
On Sunday 28th November all our “puddings” will set off from Barons Quay, Northwich taking on a choice of distances. With a town centre route exploring parts of Northwich, there is then a link up to a route through Carey Park and up to the iconic Anderton Boat lift.
The choice of route and distance is yours from an easy 5k town trail to a more challenging 10k distance. Once you’ve picked up your map (doesn’t it look fab?!) at registration, don’t forget to get your Christmas Pudding stamps at various points along the route.
Your registration includes a fabulous festive Pudding t-shirt in a new 2021 design for first time participants (child sizes available for this event). As you really need your T-shirt to be the top layer (well, how will anyone know you are taking part if it’s not?!), we suggest upping your T-size to pull over your warmer layers.
We will be sending you off from the riverside setting at Barons Quay, with our own stage warm up and music and games to get you into the Christmas spirit.
Your Pudding Pack
Return from your walk or run and we will meet you on the finishing line with your special finishers pack which will include:
Your very own special medal that has been converted to a Pudding tree decoration to hang on your Christmas tree (new design for 2021)
Special handmade hot chocolate and marshmallow reindeer cone for your celebratory drink
A mini Christmas pudding for adults and Christmas sweets/chocolates for children
A complimentary “Pudding Day” quiz entry and festive raffle ticket
A recipe card for our amazing Christmas pudding fridge bake – it’s gorgeous but don’t just take our word for it!
Head to St Lukes for more info.
Places cost £17.50 per adult and £10.00 per child and include a Pudding Day T-shirt, and a Pudding Pack upon finishing.
