Chester is easily accessible being just off the M53 and A55 North-Wales Expressway on the main North-West motorway network. You are around an hour from The Midlands, Mid-Wales, The Pennines and Angelsey and around half an hour from Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales. Canal View at Waters Edge is situated close to Sealand Road, just off South View Road. Heading for Chester Racecourse either North along New Crane Street, past the entrance to the Racecourse or South along Sealand Road towards the Racecourse you turn West up South View Road. After 50 yards turn Right into Earls Port and Waters Edge is immediately to your left. Drive through the gates to your free, secure, reserved parking space.
By Car: The road network is efficient to Chester from most parts of the UK and being so close to Chester Racecourse which is within the city, makes directions very simple. (From The Midlands and the South, I recommend the M54, A5, A483 to avoid the M6(N) which can get busy). By Bus or Coach: Regular national bus and coach services stop at the City's Bus Station which is 10 minutes walk in the centre of the City. By Rail: Chester is ideally served by frequent Inter-City rail services (e.g. around 2 hours to London) from around the country. On Foot: Chester is a fascinating City full of history, interest and diversity, yet being so compact you can see it all on foot once you are here. However, I highly recommend starting with a trip around the City on our unique 1910' Bedford B-Type open-top city tour bus, take my word for it, it's a delight! and must be the most photographed in the UK!!!
