The owner's passion and love for wine is showcased worldwide with a selection of well-balanced wines across the menu. Pendergast’s wine list includes rare and fine wines that are one of a kind, offering a unique experience for wine lovers and guests who are keen to embark on a new wine journey. The head Sommelier Wayne, is passionate about educating guests and discovering the unknown. Dine with them at peak times to experience their sommelier service. The wine trolley offers small producers and individual winemakers from California to the Havar Hills of Croatia.

Also new and bookable for Saturdays is the Pendergast’s Bottomless Brunch. For just £35 per person guests can enjoy unlimited Prosecco, Estrella Damn, or a selection of cocktails and soft drinks alongside three dishes from the small plates and sides menus.

There will be live music to accompany the event on the last Saturday of every month adding to the atmosphere and sense of occasion.
