The Townhouse Hotel is proud to introduce The 1699 Brasserie to Chester.

Located within the beautiful Georgian Townhouse, the brand-new restaurant has recently been opened to the public and hotel residence. Inspired by the year that the hotel was built, The 1699 Brasserie has been transformed into the perfect haven for people to dine throughout the day, as well as something truly different for Chester’s dining scene.

Offering a breakfast, lunch and evening menu, as well sumptuous Afternoon Tea packages, The 1699 Brasserie will be open to all from midday to 9:30pm, inviting locals and travellers alike to enjoy a truly unique dining experience within the intimate, picturesque surroundings of the Townhouse Hotel.

The restaurant covers forty guests with overflow allowing people to dine in the lounge area and beautiful Secret Garden; perfect for alfresco dining on hot summer nights.

The simplistic, vibrant style of the menus brings fresh and exciting flavours to guests. From vegetarians and pescatarians to meat loving carnivores, there will be something at The 1699 Brasserie to suit all dietary requirements and taste buds.
