The Botanist

Located on St. Werburgh Street Chester, The Botanist is a concept unlike anything else! A floral-themed lodge, aged and transformed into a homely retreat, complete with watering cans and other agricultural accoutrements. Offering a soon-to-be-world-famous selection of botanical cocktails, over 80 world beers and cask-conditioned ales, Champagne and wine alongside intriguingly presented food inspired by the deli, rotisserie and BBQ. With live music every night, sublime social times are guaranteed!

Internally there’s a first floor restaurant to discover, as well as a heated outside area and inside walled garden. The second floor is home to private dining in an intimate loft space that's hidden in the rafters. Dine without interruption with enough seating for up to ten people; it’s ideal for small gatherings, special events, business meetings and most importantly cocktail or ale tasting Masterclasses!
