The Coffee Shop, at The Hollies, Little Budworth is open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea so once you’ve had a browse around the wonderful farm shop and the home-wares barn, you’ll find a gorgeous on-site cafe.
Breakfasts are served daily from 8 am until 11.30 am and include bacon and sausage sandwiches as well as traditional ‘full English’, vegetarian breakfasts and scrambled egg with smoked salmon.
The lunch menu consists of delicious salads and gourmet sandwiches, including Sweet Chilli Chicken with Tracklements Sweet Chilli Jam, Steak and Caramelised Onion and Bacon, Brie and Cranberry with Tracklements Cranberry, Orange and Port sauce, plus many more. Their extra special sandwiches are freshly prepared and served with a mixed leaf side salad and Mary Berry’s famous salad dressing. Locally grown King Edward jacket potatoes are baked fluffy and crisped to perfection.
Fresh homemade pies and quiches from The Hollies onsite Delicatessen are available, served alongside a choice of side orders such as onion rings and proper homemade chips.
The Ploughman’s Platter may take your fancy- Red Fox cheddar, honey roast ham from the in house Delicatessen, balsamic onions, salad, grapes, apple, celery, Mrs Darlington’s Sweet Apple Chutney, Stanway’s locally made pork pie and a Devonshire Bakery mulitgrain roll.
The Hollies kitchen team lovingly put your meals together with passion and enthusiasm, using the best ingredients from the Farm Shop.
The mouth-watering desserts menu consists of fruit scone sensations, Cartmel sticky toffee pudding, , chocolate brownie and ice cream and more. For the ultimate sweet treat, why not try The Hollies Moo Moo? – Brownie chunks, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice cream, seasonal berries and whipped cream topped with a chocolate flake
An extensive selection of hot and cold drinks are also available including smoothies, frappes, wines, beers and champagne.
Indoor and outdoor seating is available and there is free wi-fi.
As soon as the sun comes out, sit and relax on the terrace – ideal for drinking a chilled glass of white wine and nibbling olives
