With Mother’s Day fast-approaching (14th March), we wanted to share with you a range of our finest Cheshire restaurants! From traditional Roasts, to Italian and everything in between, we are confident our Cheshire establishments will offer the perfect treat for mum to enjoy on her special day.

Old Hall

Old Hall in Sandbach is offering not only a Mother’s Day menu, but rather a Mother’s Weekend menu, available for click and collect between Friday 12th March and Sunday 14th March. Boasting an array of gastropub classics including braised feather of beef bourguignon and deep-fried cod in beer batter, as well as more traditional roast dinners, Old Hall is almost guaranteed to have something for everyone! It also features an expansive children’s and desserts menu, featuring dishes including fish fingers and profiteroles respectively. The pub’s iconic wine menu is also available for Mother’s Day Weekend.

Alternatively, Old Hall is also offering a Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea for up to four people. Featuring a choice of classic sandwiches including smoked salmon and cream cheese, and beef and horseradish, an English scone and pastries, and the all-important tea, it offers a classic dining option for all involved.

Sutton Hall

This Brunning and Price pub prides itself on its quality, fresh ingredients served in dishes that are modern but unpretentious. Why not treat mum to one of their stunning gastropub delights, including a crispy buttermilk chicken burger, served with an indulgent side and a sweet dessert? Maybe even add a bottle of wine! Carden Arms

Mother’s Day at the Carden Arms means a takeaway family roast for 4 for £60! Available between 11.30am and 4pm on Sunday 14th March, the menu features a roast sirloin of beef, or garlic and thyme whole roast chicken, both served with all the trimmings, alongside a family-size apple and blackberry crumble with vanilla custard! Rookery Hall

Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Nantwich is offering the special lady in your life an expansive takeaway luncheon! Available for collection on Saturday 13th March and Sunday 14th March, the menu includes a soup, salmon or duck starter, a beef or pork roast with all the trimmings, and a choice of three decadent desserts including a pavlova! Pesto at Cabbage Hall

Pesto prides itself on its great Italian food, so why not treat mum to a meal from here for Mother’s Day? With an extensive menu spanning bruschetta, carne, pizzette, pasta e riso and desserts, with gluten-free options available, you will be hard-pressed to not find something you enjoy! The Hayhurst Arms

Like its other Brunning and Price counterparts, The Hayhurst Arms in Bostock Green is offering both a stylish cooked menu, and Afternoon Tea for Mother’s Day 2021. With options catering to the needs of various diets and palettes, as well as a tempting gin and wine list, a meal from The Hayhurst Arms could be the perfect option to show mum just how loved she is on her special day. Cheshire Pub Co at Home

The Cheshire Pub Co is the owner of countless iconic Cheshire pubs including The Frozen Mop, The Dog at Peover, and The Ship Inn. Treat mum to a gastropub classic including Lancashire’s Famous Lamb Hotpot and a Classic Fish Pie, or even a pre-set 2-course meal such as the Chilli Banana vegan offering. Flat Cap Hotels

Treat mum to an indulgent Sparkling Afternoon Tea from Flat Cap Hotels this Mother’s Day. It features freshly made finger sandwiches, warm fruit scones, and an assortment of homemade cakes and pastries such as salted caramel and chocolate fudge profiteroles, complete with a bottle of premium chilled Prosecco and hot beverages (£35 for two).

Flat Cap Hotels are also offering a mixed roast family feast, featuring a stuffed and rolled leg of lamb, roast English sirloin of beef and roast chicken supreme served with all the trimmings for just £75 for four! It also features the salted caramel and chocolate fudge profiteroles, a bottle of house wine and a special gift for Mum.
