See the woods in whole new light

It’s the most fantastical time of the year, as BeWILDerwood’s famous Glorious Glowing Lantern Parade is back 15th – 31st October, with a sparkly new story. It’s a magical light extravaganza and you can watch the story unfold as you journey through the woods down mysterious paths exclusive to this event. You’ll start by crafting your own lantern to help guide you and bring colour back to the woods. With warming food and drink to boot, this is a great spooky autumnal night out for the family.

Spend some time with Tatton’s famous deer

Expect a lot of posturing, bellowing and wallowing at Tatton Park this week as it’s rutting season for the deer. At this exclusive Autumn deer walk you will be joining the Rangers for a guided walk of the autumn parkland to witness the drama of the rut. This event includes a workshop with Tatton’s experienced Rangers, an opportunity to experience the park 'after hours' and entry into the parkland on the day of the event.

Escape from the Un-Fairground at The Ice-Scream Farm

Halloween is starting early at The Ice Cream Farm as they bring a new 10-minute escape room for the whole family to enjoy. Teams of up to 6 are challenged with taking on the Un-Fairground: a cursed fairground, where you’ll have to solve clues to break the curse and escape. With no jump scares or loud noises, don’t fret as the whole family can get involved. And after you’ve escaped, why not enjoy the rest of the park and a scoop (or two) of their homemade ice cream.
