Mrs Darlingtons

Mrs Darlington’s Preserves is a successful, family owned Cheshire business, producing a high quality range of award winning traditional curds, jams, marmalades, chutneys, mustards, pickles and sauces.

This success story started at the family farm near Nantwich back in 1981 when Mrs Darlington found herself with a surplus of farm eggs. She used these to make a batch of her husband Tom’s favourite (and now legendary) Lemon Curd to sell to local shops. Requests flooded in, asking Mrs Darlington to sell her other homemade preserves too…. and the rest is history. Today the family firm make over a range of over 70 products; supplying high quality food outlets across Europe and beyond.

Today, Darlington & Daughters remains a family concern. Daughter Sarah has her own range of tasty mustards, table sauces and pickles and now youngest daughter Wendy has developed a delicious range of cooking sauces, all with still one aim; to craft delicious products with a truly home made taste.

Since first entering The Great Taste Awards in 2005 Mrs Darlington's have won many GOLD awards across their range of over 70 products which you can find in top quality farm shops, food halls and delicatessens throughout the country.
