Congleton-based baker of fabulous cakes, traybakes, jams and chutneys made using local seasonal ingredients.
From her home kitchen, she makes a varying range of jams, chutneys and other random preserves using local produce (usually excess from people’s gardens) and bakes whatever takes her fancy for sale at markets, farm shops and to order.
Her repertoire changes over the year to reflect the seasons: Try a light and creamy strawberry and lemon cake in summer months or a spiced apple cake with streusel topping in Autumn.
You will find her at Rode Hall (1st Sat) and Alsager farmers market (3rd Sat) every month and she takes a stall at the annual Congleton food and drink festival in June.
She is also available to take orders for private commisions, wedding cakes or whenever you need to impress with some great home made baking.
