Get up close to Awesome Sharks at Blue Planet Aquarium and see real scuba divers in our daily feed shows in the Aquatheatre. With one of the best collections of Sharks, Fish, Frogs, Spiders and Dalmatian Pelicans – Blue Planet Aquarium is a must see attraction for all the family.
Watch the dive team feed the fish - all in front of the sharks at the awesome Aquatheatre window. Get an up close view of the giant Sand Tiger sharks, or nurse sharks, zebra sharks and the smallest sharks the Black Tips. View them from the 70m-long underwater tunnel.
You’ll see the Giant Pacific Octopus in the Octopus lighthouse, see the clownfish and tangs in the coral Cave, and search for the deadliest Stonefish in the Venom section. With over 50 different exhibits from around the world there's something for everyone.

Blue Planet Aquarium is a safe, family friendly attraction with easy accessibility for push chairs and wheelchairs throughout.
There is ample on-site parking, charged at £2.75 per vehicle (regardless of length of stay).
Blue Planet Aquarium is at junction 10 of the M53 and is easy to find from the M56 and M6. If you're travelling from the M6, join the M56 at J20, then head towards Ellesmere Port and turn onto the M53 at junction15. Follow the brown tourist information signs for Blue Planet and Cheshire Oaks. We have ample car and coach parking.Note: Anyone using satellite navigation systems to find us should type in either the postcode CH65 9LF, or Kinsey Road.
By Bus Regular bus services run from Liverpool, Chester, Ellesmere Port and North Wales to Blue Planet Aquarium and Cheshire Oaks. From Liverpool take the No 1 bus from Sir Thomas Street. From Chester take the No 1 or No 4 bus from the Central Bus Station. By Train If travelling by train, the nearest railway station is Ellesmere Port, about 2 miles away. Services run to here from Chester and Liverpool Lime Street Underground Station (Wirral Line).
