About Us

Chester Indoor Market is as popular today as it ever was, with dozens of individual shops and stalls offering a diverse, eclectic mix of trades, it provides a unique shopping experience that you will be pushed to find on the High Street.

Amongst the interesting variety of trades you will find locally sourced fresh food to include the only fishmonger in the City Centre; award winning butchers, fashion, footwear, hair, health and beauty, haberdashery, books, sweets, music and film, fancy dress, home and garden ware, jewellery, gifts and crafts, engraving, key cutting, vinyl store and more.

The Market is Chester’s only street food hub for you to enjoy foods of the world and relax in the communal seating area. The market features an award-winning Italian pizzeria, Thai, street food, artisan, Italian delights, deli, bistro, Caribbean, and a traditional British market café.

View the free “Chester in Lego” Exhibition - An impressive lego recreation of the city of Chester featuring many of its landmarks including the walls, Eastgate clock and the rows.

Meet the traders here.
