Take a trip to the top of our Tower!  Visit Chester Cathedral and embark upon our award-winning Tower Tour – one of the best things to do in Chester!

On this hour long tour, you’ll climb right to the top of our central tower and see one city, two countries and five counties.  Along the way, you will catch inspiring views of the Cathedral from an elevated position (perfect photo opportunities!), discover lots about the history of our building and see a view of almost the full length of the Cathedral.  It’s definitely not to be missed.

Tours take place at 11am and 3pm Monday to Thursday, and 11am, 1pm and 3pm Fridays and Saturdays.
