Sandy Lane Park is situated upon the banks of the River Dee, approx 2.5 miles east of Chester city centre and includes Sandy Lane Aqua Park and the adjacent play area which looks across the River Dee to the Meadows.
The park has beautiful views of the local area, which provides a stimulating play environment and the Aqua Park/Water Park includes a 10 feature spray facility close to a grassed picnic area.
* he Aqua Park and toilets will be open from 11 April. The play area remains open during the winter months.
The Aqua Park and toilets are open seven days a week between Easter and September, from 11am until 5pm.
On a daily basis this season, we will need to close the facility for an hour for maintenance. This is likely to be sometime between 1pm and 3pm.
