About Us

Chester Visitor Information Centre is located in the heart of the city at The Town Hall. Offering a range of local souvenirs which are perfect to take home as a reminder of your trip to Chester. The friendly team assists over 280,000 visitors to the city every year and are proud to serve visitors and locals alike. Make the Chester Visitor Information Centre your first stop when visiting Chester and say "Hi" to our team who can help you experience Chester safely and to the fullest!
