About Us

Don’t miss your chance to join an audience of thousands, young and old, at the mighty eye on the sky, which captured the first images of the surface of the moon when Apollo 11 touched down in 1969.

There’ll be sounds from the likes of Kraftwerk and the Radio Science Orchestra, mind-expanding talks from astronaut Helen Sharman, theoretical physicist Prof Jim Al-Khalili and more, as well as stargazing, science shows, experiments, and galactic games.

You can even catch a screening of the children’s classic The Clangers, who also notch up their half-century this year. Whether you come for the day or camp (or glamp) and make this mission control for the weekend, one thing’s for sure, bluedot promises to be out of this world in 2019.
