A special opportunity to gain creative writing inspiration and guidance from successful playwright and former Cheshire poet laureate, Joy Winkler. Of this workshop, Joy said: "There are many ordinary items which may carry magic portent or potency. These can make great themes to hang stories on. How about the magic said to be in bird's feathers? We will have a look at ideas relating to an imagined magical feather. Where was it found? Was it from a real or a mythical bird? What can it do? What if it fell into the wrong hands?" Intended for children aged 7 and above.
This event must be pre-booked and includes park entry admission on the day of the workshop.
