About Us

This search for Chester’s ghosts is a great way to end a fun Chester Heritage Festival day, when there are many events, from 10:00 to 17:00, for the whole family to enjoy, including the Midsummer Watch parade.

The walk is led by Tour Guide, Ann Coward, and is intended for children under twelve accompanied by a responsible adult.

Meet in the Visitor Information Centre next to Chester Town Hall for this 90-minute walk, which does include steps. Older children should wait until 19:30 to join the Chester Ghost Tour, which takes place on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Guide Prices

Tickets, purchased in advance, cost £8. The event is free for children under twelve accompanied by an adult. (No more than two children per adult.) To book and pay by debit or credit card follow the link above. Alternatively, you can book via the Chester Heritage Festival office, at The History Hub @ The Grosvenor Museum, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 17:00, by phone: 01244 972115 or in person and pay by cheque or cash
