Reindeer, steam engines and a choir will be part of the noisy and warm welcome to visitors to the Lion Salt Works Museum’s third Victorian Christmas taking place between Tuesday 4 December – Sunday 9 December. The Museum’s magical festive week, staged at its atmospheric site near Northwich, is full of exciting events aimed to appeal to the whole family, including a free community Christmas Market (open all days but Sunday) plus meeting the most important visitor of all – Father Christmas. Open from 12 -8pm* there will also be free craft activities for children. There is no charge to take part in this Victorian Christmas but charges will apply for some activities.
