Our main goal is to excite people with the amazing flavours to be found in the wild and to make foraging as accessible to as many people as possible.
On our Foraging Courses you'll see that wild food is everywhere and our team is constantly exploring and developing our range of foraging courses so we can make your learning experience as fun and valuable as possible.
You'll be astonished by the flavours we can get; from pineapple tasting flowers to cardamom tasting seeds and seaweeds which taste like beef jerky, it's all there to be discovered. So why not join us at Macclesfield Riverside Park. Riverside park is a 70 acre park that occupies the flood plain and gently sloping sides of the River Bollin between Macclesfield and Prestbury. The park was in agricultural use until the 1980s when it was developed as a country park. Since then thousands of trees, shrubs and flowers have been planted, making it a great venue for our courses. Tickets cost £70 (children under 12 are free)
