Goosfest, a "not for profit" arts and music festival, returns this October with a sparkling variety of events over nine days, held at various venues in and around the village of Goostrey in Cheshire. Some highlights for 2022: BBC Radio 4's cop-turned-comedian Alfie Moore; world-renowned saxophonist Snake Davis and his band; ABBA tribute evening; Kathryn Tickell and her band; former Hi-de-Hi' actor Jeffrey Holland; Bridgewater Hall organist Jonathan Scott, plus a weekend art exhibition, theatre, children's storytelling, and a musical lunch and tea.
