'Music has Charms to sooth a savage Breast, To soften Rocks or bend a knotted Oak.' – William Congreve
In this creative writing workshop, we will use the magic that music inspires and give it a voice in our stories, poetry, and prose.
The workshop will include fun exercises and writing challenges, and is suitable for writers at all levels.
Joy Winkler is a former Cheshire Poet Laureate, a published author and novelist, playwright and a highly experienced workshop facilitator. She has also been the Poet in Residence at Tatton Park, Knutsford, which has enabled both workshops and publications to emerge from her tenure there.
