About Us

Hawarden Old Castle will be open for all to explore.

Head to the big red gates opposite The Glynne Arms on foot and on up to the castle for some spectacular views. All entrance fees will be donated to Clwyd Special Riding School.

Adults are £3, up to 2 children are free, and further children are £3. Toddlers go free. All children must be accompanied, and be warned that paths up to the castle are steep. And all dogs are welcome on leads!

Hawarden Old Castle will also be open to the public on Sunday 24th March, Sunday 19th May, Sunday 16th June and Sunday 18th August
