About Us

The tour is a power point presentation of the excavation followed by a tour of the archaeological site itself.

Multi- period site which has produced 12,000 years of finds, notably a large Iron Age Settlement, Roman period landscape & medieval chapel foundations with associated secular graveyard.

Road Directions

Go down the straight mile until you reach a small junction at the end. Drive straight over into Poulton village. You will pass on your right a red phone box, some barn conversions, & a white semi - detached house. You will then go through some open gates. Take an almost immediate right and drive down the concrete road to the milking parlour. You will be met there.
