Warrington is proud to host the first ever Physical Disability Rugby League (PDRL) showcase in October this year, as part of the world cup.
Teams from England, Wales, Australia and New Zealand will compete against each other in this landmark event, with the final being held at Halliwell Jones Stadium in October.
The opening round will see Australia v England and New Zealand v Wales at Victoria Park on Sunday 23 October. The following group stage matches will be on Tuesday 25 and Friday 28 October, with the final being held on Sunday 30 October.
We’re excited to be part of PDRL story and to be able to encourage more people to get involved with and watch these games. Everyone working within PDRL is determined to make next year a monumental event and we hope that the games inspire more teams to join the PDRL in the years to come.
