About Us

Plant Hunters' Fair at the wonderful Cholmondeley Castle Gardens with a special reduced entry on the day for the gardens and plant fair of just £4.00 (gardens normally £8.50). Plants will be at the heart of the event and there will be a brilliant line up of nineteen nurseries attending each with something new, different and unusual to delight plant lovers of every level of experience and the nurseries will be more than happy to give you the benefit of their experience in how to plant and care for the plants you buy so you can get the best from them.

Cholmondeley Castle Gardens is said by many to be among the most romantically beautiful gardens they have seen. The Gothic revival castle - a product of the early 19th century - stands on a high rise above a lake and is surrounded by sweeping lawns and a variety of mature trees. The gardens surrounding the castle provide a lovely mix of colour and height, will have a stunning display from the drifts of bulbs and flowering shrubs.
The Plant Fair runs from 10.00am- 5.00pm on Sunday 26th April. Dogs on leads welcome.

The plant fair is handily placed right next to the tearooms serving coffee, light lunches, homemade teas, ice creams and snacks. For details of nurseries attending see www.planthuntersfair.co.uk
