Tunnicliffe 120 - Sketching in the Silk Museum

To celebrate 120 years since the birth of local artist Charles Tunnicliffe we are hosting a day of sketching in the Silk Museum. The visit will start with a tour of the Tunnicliffe collection including artefacts not usually on public display. Participants will spend the rest of the morning doing a series of sketching exercises and practicing these skills within the museum. During the afternoon you will use your images to make personalised Christmas cards.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided. You are asked to bring a packed lunch.

All materials will be provided and each participant will receive a sketch book and some drawing pencils to use and take away with them.
