There's nothing quite as exciting to a child as Christmas. Why not make it extra special by spending time with your child(ren) creating your own Christmas cards to send to those special people in your life? Just imagine how thrilled Granny, Grandad or Auntie will be when they realise that the card they've received has been handmade by your children's artwork and features their very own hand and footprints?
It will be a treasured item for years to come. At this workshop, there will be all of the products, materials and know how to help you create a beautiful piece of artwork using your child's hand and/or footprints as the centrepiece. You can even choose to have all of the children in your family on one picture. They'll then send your artwork away to a specialist manufacturer who'll convert it into the most beautiful, fantastic quality A6 sized Christmas cards. You can even have your design made into gift tags and mugs too!
You will be offered hints and tips to help you get those perfect prints and will have loads of examples and ideas to spark those creative juices. You'll be amazed at just how creative you can be if you just give it a try and rest assured, if you don't know what to do then your creative kids will!
The session costs £5 per child and is aimed at children of any age. The booking price covers all of the products and materials used to create your pieces of art plus free Play Doh toys to keep your children entertained whilst you do the finishing touches! At the session, you then decide how many packs of cards you require and complete the order form, make payment for your order and they'll do the rest. A6 card packs cost £5.50 for the first pack of 12 and then £4.50 for each additional pack. You can also buy a pack of 16 gift tags for £2.50 per pack & mugs which would make a great Christmas present/keepsake and can be ordered at £6 per mug. Payment must be made in full once the design is complete. The Christmas cards will then be available for collection at the Hawarden Farm Shop from early December.
