Looking for a fun activity that'll help you learn some useful skills at the same time? Join your host and discover the art and fun of fresh egg based pasta, using natural food dyes to get creative. In this engaging class, you'll make the fresh pasta from scratch using different foods to create different colours and patterns.
This class will give you the confidence and know-how to make colourful pasta, different pasta shapes. As well as creating a quick sauce to serve with your pasta.
You'll be working as a team with your fellow budding chefs, creating a variety of different coloured patterns and shapes, as well as using your own creativity to conjure up your own. You'll also enjoy the full support of your teacher throughout the class to make sure you're happy, learning and having fun.
Once all the shaping, cutting and cooking is done, you'll sit down with your teammates and enjoy the fruits of your labours together with a paired glass of wine — the ideal reward after a job well done!
