SoundBox presents: REG MEUROSS

We're delighted to announce that Reg Meuross is to play a solo gig for SoundBox next March.

Described by Mark Radcliffe (BBC Radio 2 Folk Show) as a "brilliant singer-songwriter and true troubadour with a social conscience", Reg is also a master of the story song genre, bringing characters from history to life. Commenting on life around him, Reg also writes and sings some of the most heart-aching love songs ever written, performed with depth and spellbinding delivery.

April 2023 saw the release of a new song cycle Stolen from God, focusing on the transatlantic slave trade – uncovering its hidden history from a South West England perspective. His Fire & Dust album, due out in late 2023, delves into the life and story of one of America's finest folk musicians, Woody Guthrie.
