Join Jeanie as she guides you through the traditional practices of the union of nature and yoga, as well as pranayama. Jeanie Davies has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaches a Hatha practice based on traditional yoga postures, alignment and pranayama (breath work) to create space in the body and mind.
