At the heart of historic Chester, Hotel Indigo brings the quirky luxury of the internationally renowned brand to the city with public spaces and rooms inspired by the local neighbourhood.
Located at the heart of historic Chester, Hotel Indigo Chester combines the local character and charm with vibrant colours and textures to give the hotel a residential look and feel. Just as no two places are alike, no two Hotel Indigo properties are the same. Each Hotel Indigo draws inspiration from the local neighbourhood, culture and popular trends in food, drink and design to create a warm and vibrant atmosphere.
The 75 bedroom Grosvenor Park Road property opened in June 2019 in time for the city’s iconic racing season. The hotel features a fine-dining restaurant where you can enjoy a stylish yet relaxed dining experience. It brings together passion and creativity with powerful flavours, delivered with playful authenticity. Expect modern interpretations on the traditional, focusing on simplicity and purity. Seasonal inspiration can be found throughout our menu, using the very best of local produce. The restaurant is open daily with a range of dining options available, including a children's menu.
The design of the 96 cover restaurant is a relaxed natural environment in which to enjoy unintimidating fine dining. The heart of the restaurant is the chef’s table and theatre kitchen providing the perfect vista for guests to watch the chef’s work.
