Fish & Chip Friday Cruises

You can’t beat a chippy tea – unless it’s a chippy tea on the river – and it’s on a Friday! Perfection.

Head upstream on the Lady Diana or Mark Twain to the picturesque Aldford Iron Bridge. On the way out you’ll hear an interesting and informative sightseeing commentary. On the way back there will be a few games of bingo with prizes to be won.

Our popular two-hour Fish & Chip cruises set sail from The Groves in the heart of Chester.

Cruise up to the picturesque Aldford Iron Bridge as you enjoy a delicious supper of fish, chips, and mushy peas from one of Chester’s finest chip shops. A well-stocked bar is available so you can enjoy a drink with your supper. On the return leg of the journey, we’ll play a couple of fun games of bingo with prizes to be won.

Fish & Chip Fridays are suitable for the whole family, with kids’ meals and colouring sheets available for the younger children.

We sail on the first Friday of the month from May to September with extra dates added subject to demand – see below for all current dates.
