Our main goal is to excite people with the amazing flavours to be found in the wild and to make foraging as accessible to as many people as possible.
On our Foraging Courses you'll see that wild food is everywhere and our team is constantly exploring and developing our range of foraging courses so we can make your learning experience as fun and valuable as possible.
You'll be astonished by the flavours we can get; from pineapple tasting flowers to cardamom tasting seeds and seaweeds which taste like beef jerky, it's all there to be discovered.
Wirral Country Park is a great venue, it was the first designated Country Park in Britain and here can enjoy the magnificent views over the Dee estuary, walk on Thurstaston Beach or explore the grasslands looking for edibles.
Tickets cost £70 (children under 12 are free)
