See Gaia in a new light!

Gaia is a touring artwork by UK artist Luke Jerram. Measuring six metres in diameter and created from detailed NASA imagery of the Earth's surface the artwork provides the opportunity to see our planet, floating in three dimensions.

On Tuesdays and Sundays during the installation, experience Gaia in the darkened Cathedral, accompanied by the exclusive soundtrack. A different offering to Gaia by day – a fully immersive experience. Entry is bookable in 30 minute slots with last entry at 8.30pm.

Tickets £5 per person
Gaia by Night events will take place on:
Tuesday 7, Sunday 12, Tuesday 14, Sunday 19, Tuesday 21, Sunday 26 and Tuesday 28 February 2023.
Sunday 5 March 2023

Important Information

Tickets must be booked in advance
Ticketing is staggered in 30 minute time slots from 7-9pm with last entry at 8.30pm. Please do not arrive outside of your allocated slot, so that we can monitor numbers
Please note, we are unable to transfer your tickets to another slot
Spaces are limited – early booking is encouraged!
Queues are likely for this event – we will do our best to get everyone admitted in the most efficient manner possible
