The Llandudno Transport Fesitval is said to be one of the Largest Festivals of Transport in Wales held annually on the Bodafon Fields Seafront Show ground at the Little Orme end of the Glorious Llandudno Promenade.

The Same Family Led Organizers Near on 30 years bring this Classic Motor Vehicle Spectacle of different modes of engine driven (& some not) to the town for this May Day Bank Holiday Weekend,

Offering plenty of stunning renovated & rejuvenated examples of transport & transport related equipment from an era that is slowly dropping back in time as the Modern age races by,

Examples coming in from all corners of the UK & Ireland ranging from Live Steaming Minature Steam Engine's of which escape from the confines of the fields one evening to travel along the town's Iconic curved Promenade to the Beautiful Pier & Back to The Showground, Barn Engines, Awning Displays Of Exhibitors Prized collections from Original Oil Cans, Gas Lights, Fire Engines, Prams, Pedal Cycles, Horticultural Equipment & Sinage to Vintage Tractors, Motorcycles to Classic Military Tank Carrying Equipment, Reme Scammell Recovery vehicles, Vintage Cars & Caravans, Classic Motorhome/ Camper vans with over 150+ Vintage, Classic, Buses, Coaches & Commercial Vehicles to some of todays finest examples of Modern Lorries & Heavy Haulage equipment seen on our roads today.

The Show ground though on agricultural land is pretty flat and looked after but remember it is agricultural so it could get rough in places and some times muddy, offers limited show parking with very limited town only parking, Disabled Toilet Facilities, A varied selection of Mobile Food Out lets, A fully Licensed Bar with over 100+ Trade/Market Stands offering items for the budding transport enthusiast to Auto jumble, Car Boot Type Bric a Brac to Collectors items, Tools & Models ETC,

During the weekend (Weather Permitting)a Road Run of Exhibitors vehicles leave the fields following the guidence of our team of Marshal's take a road run to the close town of Conwy & back to the Show ground this is usually on Saturday early Evening,

On Sunday Early Evening the Road Run proceeds too via the West Shore & around the Towns Iconic Great Orme the home of the Notorious Kashmir Goats who became World famous during the recent Covid lock downs where they came down from the Great Orme to take advantage of rich & Not normally easy pickings in the towns homes gardens & parks.

This Cavalcade has grown to enormous proportions now with the last vehicle still to leave the fields where the first one out return back.
Sunday Early Evening see's the Fields Minature Steam engine's run to the Pier end & Back again this is subject to the weather over the weekend "Any rain that we have puts a block on all vehicle movements to avoid damage being made to the ground".

Through out the Weekend from 10am to 5pm the Llandudno Transport Festival Provides a free vintage shuttle bus service from the main show entrance to the towns Annual Victorian Extravaganza.

The Llandudno Victorian Extravaganza also held over the same weekend every year which has now been providing Victorian Street Entertainment/ Displays for over 30 years with full size Victorian Steam Engines, Period Fun Fair, Shows, Parade's, Victorian Window Dressing as well as public stepping back in time being suitably attired donning the Victorian Clothing from that era. The Weekend has plenty to do & see being in the Stunning Town of Llandudno is the icing on the cake the town boasts many reasonably priced Hotels & some which are a real treat to stay in, Campsite's are plentyful in the North Wales Area's
