A pretty village with two pubs, The Smoker and The Golden Pheasant with the latter being a regular stop off for the Mid Cheshire Music Trains which run through the summer and autumn. Keep an eye out at on www.midcheshirerail.org.uk for more info. on these.
This rural community also a village shop and methodist chapel. The Plumley Rail Route is well worth a try. Given the flat terrain its not too strenuous and you can enjoy the beautiful big skies.
